Here you will find the opening hours for Jamtli. Welcome to stroll around historical outdoor environments in our open-air museum, discover the history and cultural heritage of Jämtland in our main exhibitions, and experience high-quality art and design at Nationalmuseum Jamtli!
TicketsAlways open, except for during some events. Please note that the cultural heritage buildings are not open during most of the year. They are only open during Jamtli Historyland, from Monday after Midsummer Day and 8 weeks forward.
During the summer, ‘Jamtli Historyland’ takes place in Jamtli’s open-air museum and is brought to life by actors and animals. Visitors are invited to take part in various role-playing activities that demonstrate how people lived in the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries.
