Our cultural heritage consists of traditions, values and ancient remains that we consciously or not take over from earlier generations. Buildings and items are as much part of it as less tangible phenomena such as myths, customs and place names. Jamtli has permanent sections working with archaeology and building conservation, and is involved in ethnological projects documenting cultural phenomena of our own time.
You can turn to Jamtli’s experts if you have questions on archaeology, on how to restore historical buildings, on art, textiles or on cultural history in general. We can’t promise to answer every question, but we can help you in the right direction.
